The 64. Eisbeinessen 2012 will take place at 6.30 pm on Friday, 2 November 2012, in Hall H and Hall 3 grd. floor of the Congress Centrum Hamburg.

Ticket sales will take place from 9.00 -12.00 am on Friday, 19 October 2012 in the Entrance Hall of the Congress Centrum Hamburg in front of hall no 6.

According to the new legislation the Eisbeinessen has to be a strictly non-smoking event. There will be a smoking room in hall no 4 Foyer.

Every guest purchases an admission ticket at a flat-rate charge of € 75,00. This includes the meal ordered: Eisbein (knuckle of pork boiled and served with sauerkraut) or Kassler (lightly smoked pork loin served with sauerkraut), all drinks on the drinks menu and coffee at the coffee bar at the Foyer. In addition, all drinks on the drinks menu are free of charge up to 2.00 am. There will be a Longdring Bar in Foyer 4 on the basis of direct paying with Whisky-Cola, Barcardi-Cola an Caipirinha for € 6,-- for each drink.

Please ensure that all guests have a valid admission ticket before the beginning of the event. Otherwise they will not be allowed in. There will be no access without a valid ticket.

Guests who do not wish to join in the meal (After Dinner Guests) can purchase a ticket of € 45,00 giving them admission from 9.00 pm onwards. This ticket likewise includes drinks from the drinks menu free of charge up to 2.00 pm. After Dinner Voucher are available as follows:

• At the official Eisbein ticket sale at the CCH from 9.00 to 12.00 am on 19 October 2012. Payment of the Eisbein tickets and After-Dinner can only be made with separate cheques or cash, due to accounting requirements.
• In our office starting on 3.10.2012 until 1.11.2012 (only After-Dinner-Tickets). Please order your After-Dinner-Tickets via e-mail in advance: info@schiffsmakler.de
• At the box office in the CCH Foyer on 2.11.2012, 9.00 p.m..

Guests who intend to leave and re-enter the event later may request a re-admission marking. Only for members of the Hamburg Shiprokers´ Association:
The Invitation will be e-mailed to the member companies oof the Hamburg Shipbrokers' Association together with the internet registration data on 27 August 2012. From 19 September 2012 you can allready make your company registration. The Internet-Registration for table booking starts on Wednesday, 3 October 2012, 12.00 am. The deadline for registration is Friday, 12 October 2012, 5.00 pm.

For the Eisbeinessen 2012 you can also place your order for hall H and hall 3 quickly and easily on the Internet (only for members of the Hamburg Shipbrokers´ Association).

You can place your order via Internet this year again. If you have an Internet connection, please place your order via the Internet, under www.eisbein.com, because then if you wish to make any changes you can do this yourself. You will need your User Name and Password for your first registration. The User Name and Password will be given exclusively to members of the VHSS via circular. After your first registration, please enter your own personal user name for your company, and a suitable personal code word.

Please note that last year's user names/code words are no longer valid.

All tables in the rooms of CCH are capable for 12 people. Please inform us if you wish 13 people at your table.

Table reservation

Tables in hall H and hall 3 ground floor can all be booked in advance online. From the start of booking (12.00 am on 3 October 2012 to 12.00 pm on 12 October 2012), you can reserve your tables in hall H and hall 3 ground floor after entry of your guest list. Please note: return of the tables after reservation is no longer possible! Online reservation lapses if the tickets are not collected and paid for. Delivery of Eisbein tickets by postal service or messenger is not possible.

DISCOTHEK “BIG PIG”

This year again we have a special attraction for all our guests. The DISCOTHEK “BIG PIG” starts at 10.00 pm with DJ Claus Hansson (dj.claus.hansson@hamburg.de) in hall no. 6.
